Cardio kickboxing classes combine traditional martial arts movements with cardiovascular, or heart healthy, exercise techniques. Although ,  cardio kickboxing as a heart healthy exercise, you should talk to your doctor before you take the class to ensure you do not have any physical limitations or medical conditions that could worsen while performing cardio kickboxing.

Cardio Kickboxing (like boxercise & Tae-bo) is a Kickboxing & aerobic routine combined to music or without music.
All moves and techniques are performed on the floor or with some light weight lifting excercise .  

Cardio Vascular Kickboxing will be trained to make the learner fit and the excercise which will carry out in the classes will burn the calories
along with developing the stamina.Cardio kickboxing is great for toning up and burning fat as it has been proven to burn up to 800 calories
per hour! Currently, one popular form of kickboxing is known as aerobic or cardiovascular (cardio) kickboxing, which combines elements

of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning.


In ninja kungfu martial arts academy the Trainers will emphasis on fitness but technique and power are worked on too as well
as the practicality
of
using the moves in a self defence situation. There is no partner to partner contact(no sparring or fighting) but you do get to kick and
punch the punch bags, kick shields
and focus mitts.

A cardio kickboxing class begins with a warm-up session that includes exercises such as jumping jacks and push-ups, and many more warmup excercises. Then, the routine features a series of repetitive punches alternated with hand strikes and kicks. Finally, the routine ends with a series of cool-down exercises such as stretches and floor exercises.

Unlike other types of kickboxing, cardio kickboxing does not involve physical contact between competitors , it's a cardiovascular workout that's done because of its many benefits to the body and health.
