A cardio
kickboxing class begins with a warm-up session that includes exercises such as jumping
jacks and push-ups, and many more warmup excercises. Then, the routine features
a series of repetitive punches alternated with hand strikes and kicks. Finally,
the routine ends with a series of cool-down exercises such as stretches and floor
exercises.
Unlike other
types of kickboxing, cardio kickboxing does not involve physical contact between competitors , it's a cardiovascular workout that's done because of its many
benefits to the body and health.
